Some products may contain nuts, egg, milk and other allergen. Please refer to product packaging for information.
hicce own products may contain traces of nuts, gluten and sesame. No cross contamination cannot be guaranteed.
We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 5 days from the point of dispatch for most perishable goods.
The weights given are approximate only and packaging may vary from those shown.
All items featured on our website are subject to availability.To maintain our high standards and freshness of product, some fresh products will be limited and at times unavailable. Should a product not be available, hicce reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. We will advise you at the time of placing your order of any product that isn’t available.
All goods remain the property of hicce until they have been paid for in full (cleared funds).
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation.
Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
No order which has been accepted by the Company may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Company and in terms that the Customer shall indemnify the Company in full against all loss (including loss of profit), cost (including the costs of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation.
If any of the Products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.
Items containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 and over.
Pursuant to the Licensing Act 1964 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £1000.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
Payment can be made using Master Card, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta, Maestro. No goods will be despatched until credit/debit cards have been authorised and payment received.
All prices are VAT inclusive. VAT receipts are available on request. VAT No. 284209104
We will do our utmost to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date, please note that such dates serve as estimates only and cannot be guaranteed in any way.
Any claim for non-delivery of any Goods shall be notified in writing by the Customer to hicce within 5 days of the intended delivery date. Any claim for damage to any Goods shall be notified in writing by the Customer to hicce within 24 hours of delivery.
Regardless of how the order is communicated to hicce (on-line, e-mail, telephone-call etc.), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are correct at least two working days prior to despatch.
hicce do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries brought about as a result of any of the following:
- inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details;
- delayed payment (cleared funds);
- delayed order receipt.
hicce reserve the right to charge the Customer an additional fee for carriage, repeat handling or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the Customer, or due to recipient absence.
You are allowed a 14 day cooling off period from the date of delivery. This means that we will refund the total cost of the product and the standard delivery charges (excludes any Saturday or timed delivery slot surcharges) to you, if you choose to cancel your order for any reason, provided you comply with the below:
- You notify us of your cancellation in writing to email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. By return, we will confirm the returns delivery address.
- The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened.
- You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods and package the goods to be returned securely in the original packaging.
- You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost, and including a printout of your invoice or your order number.
- Refunds will be issued upon safe receipt of the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
This right applies to all items advertised on the Website except for perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly (e.g. hampers and gift boxes containing food and beverage items)
Claims for breakages must be made to our office via email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Company shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement caused by factors outside its control.
